Food Vendors

2017 Update – We are not accepting any more food vendors for 2017. Sorry!

From strong steaming hot coffee, to strawberry pancakes, to-die-for sandwiches, and stick-to-your-ribs homestyle Italian food, make sure you stop by any one of our food trucks this year to get your fill. Damn good gluten-free and vegan options too!

If you are interested in becoming a food vendor, you must have a current food service license. Please contact us directly at for more information.

Merchandise Vendors

Thursday-Sunday we have a trail along the front pasture that we call “Vendor’s Row” and we encourage vendors to set up along this row. The fee for vending is $50 (in addition to your General Camping Pass). There is no vending of glass pipes, cigarette, or alcohol. Drug dealers will be handled by the Lane County Sheriff’s department.

Please print and fill out the Vendor Registration Form and bring it with you to Quiet Camp to speed up your registration process.
